Creeden Coaching & Consulting supports individuals, teams and leaders in maximizing their potential through meaningful exploration, discovery and learning.  I believe mind and body are the keys to success when both are fully utilized, intricately connected and completely aligned.  I am committed to helping my clients realize their goals, but not by any means possible.  How one arrives at success is as important to us as the goal itself.
